Crambe Seed Oil
- Crambe Seed Oil
- Crambe seed oil is an excellent, natural alternative to using silicones as a cosmetic ingredient, and is a wonderful substitute to jojoba oil. In comparison to jojoba oil, crambe seed oil contains far more erucic acid, allowing it to leave hair and skin with a healthy, glossy shine much like silicone would. It provides skin with a light, non greasy feeling, adding to its popularity as a naturally moisturising and nourishing oil.
- Though it does have a slight, pleasant odor, crambe seed oil will not compete with any fragrance added to cosmetic formulae but can be used to scent cosmetics on its own.
- Uses for crambe seed oil include (but are not limited to):
- Soaps
- Lotions
- Creams
- Lip Balms
- Hair Care Products
- Our crambe seed oil is cold pressed and refined, and contains no chemicals or solvents.
- Please note that this is a natural product , and there may be variations in colour and scent from batch to batch.
